DIRECTOR
Lauren Shields

Lauren Shields is a New York based Director, Intimacy Coordinator, and Coach. Lauren has directed plays and musicals throughout different Regional theatres, Off Broadway, festivals, and academic institutions.

 

Some of her theatre credits include Butterflies Are Free (Bluff City Theatre), Top Girls (Stagedoor Manor), The Altruists (ASDS Repertory Season), Somerton Man: A True Crime Musical (The Green Room), You Can't Take It With You and Flipped (Fairleigh Dickinson University), Assassins (The Secret Theatre), Existential Baby (The Tank). Some of her film credits are Timeless (Cranford Film Festival, Lift Off Film Festival) and Bliss.

 

Her undergrad is in Musical Theatre from Fairleigh Dickinson University and she has an MFA in Directing The Actors Studio Drama School with PACE University.
